Everything looks fine on our end. As for avatars not showing up, we have tested this on several machines with no problems, as all avatars show up. You can try this:
First, log out of YorkieTalk. Then try to clear your Internet cookies and remove all temporary Internet files and then sign in again, as the problem appears to be related with your browser.
