Oh My God, that's worse than horrible. I can't image how that owner felt when part of her dogs ear just came off
I hope she finds that groomer and sues the pants off of her. To cover up that terrible mistake, if that's what you can call it, and not tell the dogs owner, she deserves to be sued. I pray that the dog fully recovers both mentally and physically from that experience. As well as the owner of the dog.
