Teeth

I am not sure how old your baby is, but if she is still loosing and getting her adult teeth that can sometimes cause bad breath. My Mia was that way and after she stopped teething, no more bad breath. As for brushing sometimes using the finger brush in the beginning helps them to get use to it. Also letting them chew on the toothbrush with you holding it to start with might help. My two chew on flossie's and their teeth are snow white. They are fully digestable (not like rawhide) and they love them. Also the bully sticks are good, they just smell kinda bad.

Dry kibble is best for diet. The canned foods build up more on their teeth and cause you to have to do professional cleanings more often. If their teeth get build up they can loose them, yorkies are prone to loosing their teeth.

My oldest girl Zoe' will be 3 next month and so far the vet says her teeth look great and we haven't had to do the cleanings with him so far.
