My credit card company said they are going to go after them but this woman keeps sending me these long insulting emails. She is now harassing me. She is telling me I dont' know how DVD's and computers work and...well... you wouldn't believe what she is accusing me of. I don't know what to do. Can I block her? But will that interfere with getting my money. Actually, the credit card company paid it back and is going after her now. She has some screws loose. She will not admit that her product does not work and wants to blame it all on me. She says that to create DVD's that work on all systems would cost thousands of dollars and that I should move my entire office (desktop system because it is the only place it works on) down to my basement (where I groom). She also doesn't understand the frustration that This is the third set that they were supposed to send me (but didn't). In any other store, if you had to return something for the 2nd or 3rd time, youwould want your money back.
