Well, Summerlin is only 10 weeks old now, and whenever she eats dry food, she seems to have a hard time going poo. You can tell that she is straining and she makes this funny crying noise, that sounds almost like a baby sounds when it whimpers. I have tried a few canned foods to try to get her to eat, but she eats very little and turns her nose up at most. She seems to like science diet for puppies the best, but she only eats about a tablespoon or so twice a day - hardly anything. I have never had a dog this small, only 2 lbs, and I am kind of unsure how to proceed. I have been giving her the nutrical to make sure she doesn't get hypoglycemia or whatever, and to give her energy. Should I try mixing the wet food with the dry to help her out or is she still too young for dry food at all?
