Well, everything in Albany is closed today except RPI (where I work). Knowing that I wouldn't be home until late tonight I wanted to take the monkeys to daycare. I put them in their car seats this morning and we left. Got around the corner and a car pulled out in front of me. It was inches away so I turned to the right and ran straight (well more like up) into a snow bank! We hit pretty hard. Thank God they were strapped in.

Needless to say my car is in the shop getting a new tire and alignment (I blew out the tire) and the guy who ran out in front of me has already called and paid for it (there really are nice people left).

The monkeys are fine, just a little scared I think. Everyone MUST have a car seat and use it!!!!! I think it's the only reason they aren't hurt.
