 my yorkie charging after me
Hi everyone, I've been reading YT for about 9 mts now. This is my first post. I never went though this with my yorkie. He, Tommy turns 1 year on feb. 20th. When Tommy was very young he would try and get my attention by barking a little or whining at me when I would be putting on make-up or doing my hair. Very annoying, so when he would start I would turn and walk into his space and claim it. Do not back down. Firmly say " no " but do not yell. You do not want your puppy to fear you, just respect you as a leader. It only took about 3 times and he got the hint. He would then run off to play with my maltese Molly. Hope this helps, Pat |
