Ill take her out every 5 hours to do her business, but she just plays for minutes on end. I get so tired of wating. So Im thinking maybe she doesnt need to go. Then as soon as we get inside she'll go where ever she pleases!! She does this all the time! Its like she waits to get inside to go and I dont know how to break this habit. I had to invest in a $650 rug doctor just for her! Im getting fed up with it!!! Please help! Im desperate! Thank you so much!
I know how you feel. I made the mistake of pee pad training Cali when she was fairly used to going outside at about 10 weeks. See, she had broken her leg and since the Dr. told me little movement, I thought it was better that she just use the pads. For seven weeks, she didn't go outside. So I guess her not going out anymore is my fault. Same as yours though, as soon as we are back inside, she pees or poops. Very frustrating and discouraging. And I think I yelled at her NO! and now she won't use it in front of me, will wait until I'm out of sight (in the kitchen, of course). Pees on the floor every time and I wanna break her of this. I'm gonna be patient, I just wish she would at least go outside AND inside so I can know she's not totally against pottying outside. Good luck, I'm gonna need it too.
