Can y'all PLEASE help me find this decoration for my mom, for my baby shower.. she has looked every where, where she lives and I have looked online for about 5 hrs now for it and I have not even found one CLOSE to it

All she sent me was a pic of the cake decoration, scent what my cake looks like is a surprise... So this pic is all I have to go on...its like a cupcake picks?? That says baby with blocks around it. I need it in pink and blue, scent I dont know what I am having yet...
