Thanks everyone! That was great advice! some answers..I keep him in the kitchen confined to the room with all his things while i'm at work. I don't expect compliance then.. because i'm not around. And in the room i keep his open crate. which we tried to keep him in twice and he yelped for hours. So i don't think i can use a crate technique until he likes it again. (he was sent from oklahoma in it, maybe he has bad memories of the air cargo thing) He always does have to go again, but we go through the same routine.. i think he won't do it while i'm watching...
