Yes, a cool mish humidifier for Pneumonia is the thing to do. I have had pneumonia several times as a child, I was even in a cool mist tent in the hospital. It helps with breathing. I still have one at night going when I sleep. A vaporizer which is a warm mist doesn't work the same way.
