 grooming program website refuses to refund..legal action??
I am so frustrated! In September I purchased an at home program for dog grooming. I tried to make it work, but the DVD's only worked in my desktop and not in a place where I could watch and groom a dog. Also, I was mislead as to what it takes to have a business out of your home. Their site offers a 100% money back guarentee if you are not satisfied. I tried another set of DVD's from them, but those do not work on my laptop nor my DVD player either. I have been treated VERY rudely by this company. The emails are lengthy and SO rude. They want to send me another set (which they were supposed to send me a month ago and didn't with some really bad excuse) but I have had it. I want a refund. I no longer am interested in trying this business especially using their progem and with how I have been treated. I have a feeling I am screwed out of more then $250. ARe there any legal sites on the web that deal with businesses acting in this manner???
