Hi! As long as you feel you are willing to put the time into housebreaking, which can be very difficult with these little one's, and you are willing to spend the play time and walk time that they require I don't see why not. They are terriers and not lap dogs in general and require much more entertainment and exercise than the general public sometimes understands.
