I ordered it from www.barnesandnobles.com. Basically it gives you a list of steps on what to do say when you find an accident. You have to make eye contact with your dog and then make him have eye contact with the accident he has made. Then you scold him and all that but theres a certain way your supposed to carry your voice. Also one big thing I learned personally was that after I scold my dog I'm supposed to make him walk outside to the area I want him to pee at instead of picking him up and carrying him there. After you scold him and take him to wherever he is supposed to pee at you isolate him for 15-20 minutes or so. This is only one method though theres a couple different ones in the book.
