V day is kind of depressing for me too - my husband used to do the nicest things on Valentines Day and he can't anymore ....so all holidays are just another day now in my house too....
it gets a little depressing remembering how it used to be that's for sure.
I try to make them special but my heart isn't in it anymore...he knows he's short on time and is too depressed to appreciate anything so I pretty much think of it like just another day
