I think it's inevitable, they all end up in our beds. So rather than try to re-train her back to the kitchen, find a way to solve the barking problem.
I agree with Omega, everytime she barks, put her back in the crate (it should be in the room with you), with a Sssshh sound. When she quiets down, let her out. Back in again if she barks with the ssshh sound, and keep repeating until she understands she must be quiet to sleep with you. (you may lose some sleep, the first few nights, but it will be worth it in the long run.) After awhile, when you say ssshh, she will understand she needs to be quiet or she will go in the crate. |
