Awww... she just wants to cuddle with you...

Maybe have her crate (if she has one) in your room and if she starts making too much noise, put in there till she settles down and then bring her back up on the bed.

I have one that barks when she hears anything in the hallway - including my son coming upstairs to go to his room or the bathroom. She knows what it is, but still barks... I ask her if she wants to go to her kennel, and she scrambles back up the puppy steps into bed and gets real quiet. It does get annoying though, when you are trying to sleep....
