Do you think she actually hears something from outside? If so, you might get a machine that makes soothing sounds and keep it on all night (like rain, ocean waves, etc). Listen to them first to see if the noises won't bother you...or turn on a fan. I always use a fan...even in winter...I just face it away from us. It is a good background noise and blocks out other abrupt noises. |
