you can always have the AC on or the window opened a tad ... the seat inside is not hot ... I use a blanket in there, any way, to make it more comfy ... your baby can lie down and fall asleep if she wishes .... I added another leash to keep her from jumping out ... I tied it around one of the things that go over the head rest and then hooked the leash to her harness ....
