i'm sorry to hear the not so hopeful prognosis for Jaffar. Kidney disease is a rough things to go thru, and i'm sure it didn't just happen within the past week on the meds the vet gave him, its very unlikely, so please don't think badly of him. My advice is to give jaffar anything adn everything he can possibly want and spend great quality time with him until he lets you know its time to pass over that bridge.
