Hi and welcome to Yorkie talk! Congratulations on your new addition.

All of the things you mentioned take time. How long have you had this baby?How old is he? Who feeds and cares for him? Where does he sleep?

Let other people feed and care for him. Let them spend time holding him when he is tired and relaxed and you are not around. Most yorkies want company and they will put up "others" for attention when their "main" human isn't available.

All of these things will help the puppy get used to everyone, but sometimes a dog just decides who he belongs to and that's his preference and there's not a lot you can do about it.

As for the other yorkie, I think it will come around in time. I brought two new puppies home to a westie (4 yrs) and a standard poodle (3 yrs). At first they were curious, then annoyed and now they play with and are actually protective of the puppies. Be sure to give youe older dog lots of extra attention in this transition phase.
