Hi there! I'm obviously new.
My boyfriend and I are considering buying a Yorkie sometime this year, after we get into a house.
He has wanted a Yorkie for a long time now! I'm more of a big dog gal myself, but I don't mind letting him have one. I certainly wouldn't love it any less for it's size, especially since I'm short myself!
The thing is, we have three cats. Would a Yorkie be ok around them? (as in, would a puppy be ok?) One of my cats is a 17lb silver spotted bengal. He is pretty gentle, but he can be a little rough when he plays. I'm sure the other two will mostly ignore the puppy unless it got within hissing range.
I work from home, so I would definately be able to keep an eye on the little guy/gal, so no worries there.
I would love any opinions, information, advice or whatnot!
