Our Reggie was almost 6 months old before her ears finally stayed up. I did the tape thing, twice, then I gave up because she would keep taking it off. She would hold her ears up when I was looking at her but as soon as I turned my back, she would let them flop down. I know it got to be a game with her because I would point at her and tell her to get her ears up, and she would..... until I turned my back! Now I start to trim our pups ears around 5-6 weeks old and let them come up on their own. Some pop up much quicker than others.
