I have the same pee pad issues, we did great at first..now, geez I am lucky if he looks at them. We are working on it though....
The teething last a while. We are still in the stage also...it hurts!!!! But the most toys he has at his disposal the better....
My little guy had clothes put on him by me on the drive home..I am not sure he likes it necessarily but he tolerates it..I'd say just be persistent with the clothes and he will get used to them in no time!!
