Once Layla is done with the vet's program, you might want to try adding a little yogurt with active cultures to her diet daily. Many times adding these probiotics will really help with tummy issues. Make sure it isn't diet and has no artificial sweeteners. Plain is best (if she will eat it). Sissy eats the Dannon Activitia Vanilla (she won't eat the plain) but she loves this. Angel now eats it too. The love their yogurt in the morning (they each get about 1/4 of the container).
Another thought, are you using Missing Link? I know that some pups have troubles with the fiber content and it irritates their tummy.
