I am sooooooo glad to have another raw foodist around! I have a whole library of raw food recipie books and have attended a few workshops with some raw food chefs. I am an aspiring raw food chef myself! I'd say I'm pretty dangerous in the kitchen! I am a mean prep! I can't say cook! lol All we do is prep!
I'll post recipies for everything I make so you can print them out, and I'll reccomend a few books....
Matt Amsdens book, Ravolution... I spent a day with him.. wow! I learned sooo much! He is amazing! His book is worth every penny!
