i agree 100 % its time and repetion, i got 70 % of the knots out the first time, nessa tries to bit and eat the comb or brush that im using, but since i took time with her after conditioning her really well it made it easier for me .

and Now i just brush her everyday, she still has knots but i think she is too young still to go to the groomers ....so hopefully me brushing her a little everyday will help
