[Tophersmom]

This might be a silly question, BUT.....

When I adopted Sophie, this toy came with her and I do recall seeing pictures of them on YT. Topher and Sophie love it for tug of war and I'd like to get more but there's none available in my city anywhere. The store I deal with all of the time will order them in but I don't know what they're called...lol
Does anyone know what company makes them? There's not much useful information on the tag of this one.
