I guess I should phrase it better. Can a yorkie puppy of 16 weeks with paws half the size of a human thumbprint grow to be a 10 lb adult?

This isn't about my girl as I don't care what weight she gets, I love her for who she is. It's all just curiousity! I just find it so interesting that general consensus is that a yorkie's adult weight can not be determined. Although, I have seen and met some breeders who say what I mentioned before; it depends on the thickness of the bones, the amount of excess skin and fat and the size of the features for an estimated weight to be determined.
