I waited until AprilLove was just over 6 months to get her the rabies, I was a worried mommy too. :-) She was still just 2.5 lbs and I was really concerned about reactions, especially since she did not do well with her bordetella (which she won't get again because I don't board her or anything.) Well, she did way better with the rabies than with the vaccines. She acted completely normal and I watched her for the rest of the day too just to be safe. My vet said if there would be a reaction (adverse) that it would most likely occur within the first couple hours. Talk to your vet if you have concerns perhaps you can wait until she is older.
