I think its all a bunch of crap! I pay $20 each for my 3 and for what?? They never leave my home or yard. Except for a trip to the vets office! They nailed me when I had each of the dogs vaccinated for rabies.. You would think that the cities would be happy that people are taking care of their animals, NO they just want more money!
