This is a girl? If so, she would have a scar on her tummy if she has been spayed. Boys get neutered.
There are so many products that you can use for shampooing and conditioning. Right now I am using Johnson's Baby shampoo (because if I accidentally get it in her eyes, it won't burn). As I get better at it I will explore other options there but I don't want it to hurt her because of my ineptness.
For conditioner, I use Pantene. However, my breeder uses suave shampoo and conditioner.
