Default Is it certain?

Is it certain that you can not determine a yorkies adult weight even by 12 weeks of age? I notice when a question is asked the answer is usually you can only guess but never really know. I ask this because I was hoping my girl would make it to 7 lbs (I worry constantly about her being so small) but she has stayed at 1lb 12oz for about two weeks now and she is soon to be 18 weeks. I love her to pieces no matter what but I'm also just curious.

I know with other breeds you can determine the adult weight from the size of the paws the amount of fat/skin on the body and the features. I notice (I've been searching this site) that yorkies that are going to be on the smaller side tend to have a certain look (petite features, smaller bone structure, etc.) and the larger tend to have another look. I know about the weight chart but I am just wondering about this theory....
