Welcome to my world...the world of the strong-willed dog! I don't have any advice for you. I've tried everything suggested on here (holding her on her back, pressing my thumb in her mouth, bopping her on the nose, barking at her, grabbing her by the scruff) and yet nothing works. She needs to be muzzled to clip nails and get haircuts.

My childhood pet, a poodle named Angel, was the same way. She did somewhat calm with age but still needed to be muzzled for certain things such as nail clipping. And when she was a senior citizen and in pain with arthritis she got worse again.

Good luck and have patience. May I ask if you plan to have Tinkerbell fixed? We were having a LOT of biting problems before we got Syd fixed and they seem to be slightly better now.
