When i walk Rocky i always get people say is he a teacup meanwhile hes a healthy 7lbs and i say no he's not first of all. You know they are not educated if they think a 7lb dog is a teacup and second of all wouldnt the first thing you ask is is it a boy or a girl not is it a teacup dorks i swear
