So sorry to hear Maddie got busted. Don't get me going about Seattle's licensing requirements. I Licensed Gracie as a Juvenile at about 4 months of age (It was around $10). I did get her spade and microchipped. Now at 8 months, they send me a bill wanting another $20! She is still a puppy! No, I don't license my indoor cats and I don't plan on doing so. I wish they would pay as much attention to the aggressive dogs off leash in leashed areas as they do to the licensing. And by the way, it's $60 to license an unaltered pet. These are yearly fees! I call it the yearly rip-off. Thanks for listening.
