I only give them Science Diet Adult Turkey or Puppy Chicken along with their daily Canidae that's always down. They seem to digest it well after surgery. They like it. I have bought some other brands and they're either runny or pasty or have too high a blood content and that will just make them vomit or have loose stools. My vet advises to let them have water only after they get home and then a little food before bed. He might not want to eat until the day after. |
