My girl is alittle smaller then yours. I know alot of people are breeding 4.5 girls to 3lb boys & having no probs, but I'm sure some are having probs too. Here is a thread I have been reading, their is a pic of her girl, she looks very tiny. She just lost the smallest pup, a little male
