 She's decided to wait til in a better place.
today as she was going home from here,she almost got bit by a lab something from that place. so she's called the Animal control officer again and tomorrow she's calling the police and the local state rep about this. she's very shaken. she lives in a complex and while the tenents are allowed pets. they're not allowed large dogs over 15 pounds.
