I Just Had To Tell Someone - Today I Plucked Up The Courage And Trimmed, Bathed And Did The Dreaded Nail Clipping.......

Harvey Did Not Like To Be Trimmed At All (i Have Done Him A Little Before - Around His Eyes, Feet And Bottom) - But This Time He Needed A Real Good Tidy Up. I Think I Did A Good Job, He Looks Much Better, But Now Seems So Small Again, Like A Tiny Puppy.

He Is 11 Months Old Now And Weighs 3.5 Lb.

The Bath Was Not Too Bad - Cant Say He Likes It, But He Behaves Himself Well.

The Nails - I Was Dreading Doing Them, But He Was No Trouble At All - He Just Sat In My Arms And I Clipped Them One By One And He Was Really Really Good About It. I Just Took The Very End Off And Will Do It Now Every 2 Weeks, They Are Not Too Long But I Want To Keep Them Trimmed. Cant Believe He Didnt Carry On, And Cry - I Was So Expecting It From Him.

Afterwards He Would Not Let Me Dry Him With The Hairdryer - I Just Towel Dried Him - And He Was Soon Dry. He Had His Tea And Slept For A Few Hours - Sooooooo Tired From His Ordeal - Bless Him...

I Will Take Some Pictures Tomorrow And Post Them Soon.....

I just gave a bath to my new baby also ... she is 12.5 weeks old ..(weighs 1.8 lb.).. I would be afraid to trim the nails, but you have given me encouragement that itz not as scarey as I thought ..... Friday is sleeping it off also ..
I also bathed Monday .(weighs 4.1 lbs) ... shez sleeping also ... I am the one who should be tired .... but they both smell nice and i am going to read a bit and go to sleep.
