I quite agree. There is a local Yorkie breeder that had her babies inside her yard that had a chain link fence. Some teenagers came by on skateboards and stopped to look at them. One asked if he could hold one of them and she let him. He broke the babies neck and threw it at her and they all took off.
Of course, the police were called, but not soon enough to catch them. She was in shock and she had to get her other babies back inside before making the call. They never did find them..
