For all of you that think you can't have a Dyson because it's bagless and you won't be able to handle the emptying of the container, I really think it's because you may not be aware of how the emptying is done.  Take a look at this page...

I have never had any dust to fly out of the trashcan whenever I empty my canister before.  And I never have to actually touch the bottom of the canister like the lady in the video does either....just use the ground to close the bottom of the canister if you don't want to touch it and possibly get any dust on your hands.  That's what I do!  
 
  
I just didn't want anyone to assume that because the Dyson is a bagless vacuum that they couldn't own one.  I really think it's possible.  I too have allergies and I LOVE my Dyson.
