a friend of ours had a yorkie... max... and he is too cute... i wanted a cat.. my mom said no because they shed and at the time i was going to guelph every weekend to see my now ex-bf and she didn't want to take care of it... so i asked my dad if a yorkie would be ok because they don't shed and it would be small enough i could bring it to guelph with me... my mom still didnt want a dog but my dad said yes (i'm currently living with them.. hence the need for permission!) it wasn't until we picked up layla that my mom fell in love with her... and we couldn't have picked a better time to get her.. she helped mend my broken heart
