Nancy lives and I work near the Kankakee Community College.
I haven't heard from Nancy today, but I'm betting Cubbie checked out OK at the vet. I'm still on a Cubbie buzz; I can imagine how the family is feeling. I can't wait to hear how everyone reacted yesterday. I'll just have to wait until I see Nancy at work tomorrow.
And yes, it does look like Cubbie was out in all of this. It got to be 7 below on the second night he was out. Cubbie is a big yorkie (teapot?) so I suppose he had more stamina than the little ones like Adie have. I can't imagine her surviving such low temperatures. Cubbie must be very good at finding warm cubbie holes (no pun intended).
