You can forward his letter to Yahoo along with a note and have him shut down on that address. I did this to one guy and they shut down that address and said that they are investigating him but could not disclose any other information to me because I was a third party. It may not stop him but it will slow him down a little and maybe Yahoo will get him in the long run.
