I am new here. Just found this awesome place a couple of days ago. Forgive me, I am computer illiterate and don't know how to post anything if my life depended on it.

Anyway, my yorkie girl tied on Dec 7 and 9. So by my calculations, she should have delivered by now, right? Her teats are a little bigger, no milk though. Her tummy feels bigger and I think I may have felt 2 puppies. But when I go back I can't feel them moving. For all I know it could have been gas. Seems to me they should be moving all over the place right now and I should be able to feel them. I have an old fashioned vet. When I questioned her about an ultrasound/xray, she told me that dogs have been having babies forever and that I was to be patient. Made me feel stupid for even asking. So here I am waiting and waiting. One of you guys said they could even go as long as 7 days over, right? Does this happen more often with the first litter? I wanted to breed her once and get a little friend for my girl and one for my daughter before I get her spayed. I have had toy poodles before and know about birthing, etc...so that's not what I am worried about. It's just so hard waiting for something to happen.

This site is awesome. I wish I would have found it when I was first searching for my girl.
