I cannot believe how CRUEL that buyer was to Lexi, and Andrea.
Obviously, Lexi was going through a transition period that was going to require patience and supervision. She was in a new environment when an unpredictable child came near her...and really, how bad could a nip from a Yorkie be??? Thank God Lexi is out of there!
And the Humane Society needs to start reading between the lines and making better judgement calls.
