I can't believe this happened to me. I'm so careful with my card. Jeepers!
I got a call from my credit card company a few minutes ago asking me if I had purchased some things on-line today. When I said no, they said someone was using my card but all but the last purchase would not be charged to me. The last purchase was a big one and the store denied it and called the credit card company. I only get charged $1.00. Thank goodness for that.
But now I had to call the credit card company and cancel my card. I won't get a new one for 9 days or more. I have most of my recurring monthly bills charged to my card so I make just one monthly payment plus I get the mileage perks. Now I have to call all those people> ARGH! This is so frustrating and so upsetting. Why do people do thses things? I just can't understand treating other people this way. I am so hurt and angry.
I'm trying to think where I used my card that this could have happened. I know where I used it last. I hate to think that might be where it happened though.
