We just went through this when Willow had surgery on her broken leg. All of a sudden she didn't really want to eat and she didn't want to drink. I had to dip my finger in the water and then she licks it off and I do this a few times. Then I take my index finger and wiggle it in the water and she wants to lick my finger still and then she gets closer and closer to the water and then she drinks. Maybe our little trick will work for your little girl.
