 STILL can't get into chat
yeah it's me again...I want to get into chat so bad!!
this is what I am getting after I downloaded mIRC:

***found your hostname
***no IDENT response
-irc blessed.net ***notice--you need to install identd to use this server
Error: closing link :127.0.0.1(intall identd)
disconnected from irc.blessed.net
